Double Loop Learning in Work based Settings

Students in work based settings gain access to a vast amount of knowledge. This workshop contribution introduces micro articles as a tool to make practical knowledge persistent. Micro articles are used to establish double loop learning in the sense that the learners not only consume but also provide learning objects. The aspired effects are a deeper reflection for the original learner as well as an increase in the available knowledge that is also interesting for other learners.
